Thanks to funding from the NSF INTERN program, I collaborated with the New York Hall of Science (NYSCI) to produce educational website related to the topics of my graduate research aimed at a high school audience. I mentored and worked with two college-aged NYSCI Explainers to produce connecttheclues.com. I provide accessible background information on climate science, genetics, and archaeology before challenging the students to apply what they've learned to a real-life conservation problem. In mentoring the Explainers, I also produced and shared various academic and professional development materials, also available on the website.
